PLEASE READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE ORDERING GOODS AT
These Terms and Conditions ("The Terms") apply when you order or purchase goods in the Webshop. The Terms may be updated from time to time (for example, to reflect changes in technology, our business model, our system capacity or relevant laws and regulations), and therefor we ask you to agree the Terms everytime you make an order in our Webshop.
Any reference to "you" or "your" means you as a user of our Website, any reference to "we", "us" or "ours" means Alba of Denmark Aps.
If you don't agree to the Terms, you can not order or purchase any goods in the Webshop.
You have the right to withdraw from the agreement with the justification within 14 days from the day, which you or one of your designated third parties, but not he carrier, obtains the goods in physical possession. Read more under "Right of withdrawal"
The Purchasing Act apply to your purchase, which means that you have certain statutory guarantees for the contractual nature of the goods. Read more under "Defective goods and incorrect goods".
The Webshop is open 24 hours a day, but may be close due to maintenance. We try to make these maintenance at night.
An order placed on a public holiday will be packed the following work day.
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase goods in our Webshop and have a valid credit card, accepted by us. If you are below 18 years, you must have legal basis to enter into an agreement with us.
We can only complete an order if the delivery address is a private or business address in one of the countries from the "We ship to"-list. We do not deliver to mailboxes.
We reserve the right to cancel the purchase agreement in any of the following situations, without being liable for the damages or other costs:
- your payment information are incorrect or cannot be verified.
- your order has been placed for the purpose of committing fraud etc. or committed in combination with any criminal act or other illigal activity.
- an accidental error occurs on the Website, such as a payment error or similar.
- we have reason to believe that you are under 18 years of age.
Purchases can only be entered through the Website. We do not process orders made in emails, letters or fax.
On what time in the ordering process are you bound by your order?
Before placing the order, you have the opportunity to change the information you have entered, including the delivery, invoice and payment informations. You also have the option to change or remove the items in the shopping cart.
When you click "Buy and Pay", a receipt is shown on your screen. From that point on you are bound by the purchase agreement. Read more under "Cancellations right"
Please contact our Customer Service, if you made a mistake, when you placed the order - they are ready to help you.
You will receive an order confirmation in an email.
After the agreement is concluded, the rules on the right of withdrawal apply, see below.
Language of the agreement
The agreement can only be concluded in Danish or English.
Access to the agreement
You will receive confirmation via e-mail of the contents of the agreement as well as a copy of these Terms. We keep agreements in the system, including order confirmation, for a certain period of time, and we recommend that you also save these documents, as they will not necessarily be available on the Website afterwards. Please read more under "Follow your order and see history".
In order to protect you and our other customers from fraud and maintain a high level of security for online purchases, we can conduct verification checks. The verification check may include the data you send when ordering on the Website, including your address and payment information.
3: PAYMENT METHODS
We accept the following means of payment:
- Check digits (Credit Card Verification Number (CVV))
If you pay by credit card, you will be asked to enter the card's control digits. You will find the three check digits on the back of your credit card, most often in the right side of the back of the credit card. The check digits are necessary for the payment to be made and to maintain a high level of security. There may also be other similar security measures.
When your item leaves our warehouse to be delivered, your payment will be deducted from the selected payment service.
PRICES AND DELIVERY
All prices quoted for goods, delivery costs and other costs are inclusive of taxes, VAT and duties.
Shipping or postage costs may vary according to each order.
The prices of the website are displayed in the currency applicable to your country. If you want to change your country selection, please use the country selector feature at the top of the website. Your delivery address determines which currency you will be charged for.
Please note that a change of country to which the delivery is to take place may have an impact on price and delivery costs.
You can pay in one of the following currencies:

We ship Worldwide!
Goods will be delivered at the delivery address stated on the order. We only deliver to private and business addresses - not to mailboxes.
Your item will be delivered on weekdays from Monday to Friday. The time of delivery depends on the country of delivery and the carrier used. The goods must be acknowledged upon arrival. It doesn't necessarily have to be you acknowledging. Thus, people at the delivery address (eg a family member, friend, receptionist etc.) can sign the receipt with binding effect for you.
Please note that you carry the risk of the item after delivery. If the packaging appears to be damaged, you should refuse to receive the item. If you wish to complain about any faults and deficiencies you must inform us about it, read more under "Defective goods and incorrect goods".
If your order consists of several items, we reserve the right to make separate deliveries. Separate deliveries may be required if certain items are delayed or out of stock at the time of order. You will be informed that your order is subject to separate deliveries. You will not be charged extra delivery costs for separate deliveries.
4: Right of withdrawal (only for consumers)
You have the right to withdraw from this agreement without justification within 14 days. The period of withdrawal expires 14 days after the day on which you or one of your designated third parties, but not the carrier, receives the goods in physical possession.
In the case of several different items ordered in a single order, but delivered individually (ie separate deliveries), the cancellation period expires 14 days after the day on which you or one of your third parties, but not the carrier, receives the last item in physical possession.
In the case of a product consisting of several lots or parts, the withdrawal period shall expire 14 days after the day on which you or one of you specified third party, but not the carrier, gets the last lot or the last part in physical possession.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us (see contact details below) of your decision to cancel this agreement in an unambiguous declaration (eg by postal mail, or e-mail). You can use the standard cancellation form below, but it is not mandatory.
The cancellation deadline is complied with if you send your notice of withdrawal before the cancellation deadline has expired.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you exercise your right of withdrawal in this agreement, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs that have resulted of your choice of any other form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and in any case, within 14 days of the date on which we received notice of your decision to cancel the agreement. We will make such a refund with the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed otherwise. In any case, you will not be charged any fees as a result of the refund.
We can withhold the refund until we have received the goods, or you have provided documentation to return the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must bear the direct costs associated with the return of the goods.
You must return the goods or deliver them to us without delay and within 14 days from the date you informed us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal. The deadline is met if you return the goods before the expiry of the 14 days.
We recommend that you save the mail receipt as proof that you have delivered the package to the mail / carrier.
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods if you have handled them in any other way than what is necessary, to determine the nature and properties of the goods.
5: DEFECTIVE GOODS AND WRONG GOODS
If your product has a defect or we have delivered incorrect products, please contact our Customer Service. Can you already identify the deficiency, etc. at the time the carrier wants to make delivery, you should refuse to receive the item.
In case of a defective item or incorrect item, you can choose from the following options:
Return the item and get a refund of the purchase price and all shipping costs once our Customer Service has processed the return item,
Return the item and receive an equivalent item when our Customer Service has processed the returned item, provided we can deliver this, or
Keep the item and request a proportional reduction in the purchase price
When contacting Customer Service, you must state the order number, possibly the item number, and describe what is wrong with the item, etc.
You are not responsible for costs associated with returning a defective item or incorrect item. We will of course repay the purchase price and the original delivery cost once we have received the item, unless you receive a new item to replace the original item.
6: OTHER CONDITIONS
Updating the website
We do our best to update the website and ensure that prices, offers, descriptions and other information about the goods are correct. Spelling errors, errors in prices, offers, descriptions and other information about the goods may arise and sometimes we find that the price of an item is incorrectly stated.
We are not responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under the Terms if the delay or failure to do so is due to events beyond our reasonable control.
Completeness of the Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire terms of the agreement between us.
If one or more of the provisions of the Terms may be declared in whole or in part invalid, the other provisions will continue to apply.
We are entitled to transfer our rights and obligations under the agreement entered into with you, to third parties. The transfer is, of course, provided that the standard of service you receive does not deteriorate. We will notify you of any transfer. By accepting these terms, you consent to any such future transfer. At the same time, you accept that from the time we have notified you of the transfer, your rights can only be invoked against that third party.
Of course, you are always welcome to contact our Customer Service if you have any complaints about an item that you have purchased from us. Our Customer Service can be contacted by telephone, per. E-mail and per. regular mail. You can find the contact information on our Customer Service under 'General information' above.
You can also file a complaint about an item you purchased with us to the Competition and Consumer Agency's Center for Complaints, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby. You can complain to the Center for Complaints via www.forbrug.dk.
You can also use the European Commission's online complaint portal when filing a complaint. This is particularly relevant if you are a consumer domiciled in another EU country. Law choice and jurisdiction
Any agreement entered into between us using these Terms is governed by Danish law. Any dispute that may arise in connection with our agreement, including the existence or validity of the agreement, must be brought before a competent court in Denmark.
